Виробництво кремованого меду з меду натурального різного ботанічного походження
Анотація
В науковій статі наведено дані з виробництва крем-меду із меду натурального різного ботанічного походження. Встановлено, що термін виробництва кремованого меду залежить від виду меду. Результати досліджень свідчать, що липовий мед збивається швидше, ніж мед з соняшнику та різнотрав’я, але більше насичується повітрям.
